There is ample on-street parking in this safe family neighbourhood, which is a two minute drive to the Chisholm shops or 10 minute drive to Tuggeranong and Woden.
The room has built in robes and is furnished with a double bed ensemble, desk and chair, storage cabinet and wall mounted digital TV/DVD player.
You will share and maintain a newly renovated bathroom and toilet with one other easy going person.
As part of the deal, you get full use of all amenities including gourmet kitchen with separate fridge and freezer, laundry and a HUGE decked bbq entertainment area to chill on those lazy summer afternoons.
The house comes with 3 cats – with their own cattery – and 2 small, friendly dogs. The owner takes care of all pets, yard and general maintenance.
Rent is $225 per week fully inclusive of the fully furnished room, all utilities and Wi-Fi (but not landline as most folks use their mobiles).
Two weeks rent as bond is required and rent is payable fortnightly in advance. Due to security considerations, references are also required.
